Adrienne is a registered art therapist and a
licensed
clinical social worker in private practice in Claremont, Ca. She provides
individual, couples, and family therapy. Adrienne received her B.A. from
Hampshire College in Amherst, MA., her M.A. in art therapy from George
Washington University in Wash., D. C. and her M.A. in clinical social work
from Loyola University in Chicago, IL. She has been a licensed clinical
social worker since 1992 and a registered art therapist since 1986. In
Chicago, Adrienne worked for 16 years in the employee assistance field;
specializing in resolving work life conflicts, organizational development,
and employment/family balance. In these times of economic turmoil and
uncertain employment work life can exert significant pressure and stress in
one’s life. Strained relationships and increased moodiness can often be
the result of tension between work and home life Adrienne has a special
interest and expertise in the field of stress management and she offers
instruction in practical and powerful methods of reducing stress responses
to work( in and out of the home) and life’s challenges. She teaches
meditation, creative visualization, breathwork, and progressive deep muscle
relaxation.
